These terms govern use of Divergefolio. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms.

Adult-managed service

Divergefolio accounts are for parents, legal guardians, and other authorized adults. You are responsible for deciding what learner information to enter and for obtaining any permission needed to manage it.

Documentation tool, not professional advice

Divergefolio helps organize parent-entered information. It does not provide legal, educational, medical, therapy, tax, or regulatory advice. Requirements vary by state and circumstance. Review every generated record for accuracy and consult a qualified professional or official agency when needed.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you enter and photos you upload. You give Divergefolio permission to host and process them only as needed to operate the service and produce your records. Upload only photos you took or have permission to store, and avoid images containing addresses, medical identifiers, financial information, nudity, or other unnecessary sensitive details. Do not enter unlawful material or information you are not authorized to use.

Plans and payments

The Free plan includes the limits shown in the product. The Family plan costs $59 for 12 months of access and includes unlimited records. The current PayPal checkout makes one annual payment and does not automatically renew. After 12 months, continued Family access requires a new payment with your authorization. The PayPal checkout page controls the exact charge; review it before paying. Memberships are for one household and may not be resold.

Refunds and cancellation

Requests about an accidental or duplicate charge may be sent to divergefolio@gmail.com within 14 days. Refund eligibility may depend on account use and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other accounts, upload malicious material, or use Divergefolio to violate another person's rights.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Divergefolio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost records, or decisions made from generated documentation. Keep copies of records that are important to your legal compliance.
